This Privacy Policy describes how NursoAI ("NursoAI", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares information when you visit nursoai.com (the "Site") or contact us through it. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.
This Site is not intended for patient information. Please do not submit any patient names, medical records or other protected health information through this Site. See "Protected Health Information" below.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit our demo request form or email us, we collect the information you choose to give us, such as your name, organization, work email address, phone number and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record limited technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you view. We use this information only to operate and secure the Site. We do not use advertising trackers.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule a demonstration or conversation you requested;
- Send you information about NursoAI that you asked for or that is reasonably related to your inquiry;
- Operate, maintain and protect the Site;
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and respond to inquiries, such as website hosting, form processing and email providers. These providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us. 4. Protected Health Information
NursoAI provides software to healthcare facilities. In doing so, NursoAI processes protected health information solely on behalf of those facilities as a Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), pursuant to written Business Associate Agreements with each facility. Such information is governed by those agreements and applicable law, not by this Privacy Policy, and is never collected through this Site.
5. Cookies
The Site uses only cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for it to function and remain secure. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy.
6. Data retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete it sooner.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing admin@nursoai.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or similar laws. We honor such rights as required. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is intended for healthcare professionals and organizations. It is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

The Site may link to other websites, including the NursoAI application at app.nursoai.com, which is available only to authorized customer users and is governed by the agreements between NursoAI and those customers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.

The Site is operated from, and information may be processed in, the United States and Israel. By using the Site you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries.
